Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for various digital channels, including social media, email, and blog posts.
- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics, including website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Design marketing materials, advertisements, and social media posts using Illustrate and Photoshop.
- Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices in digital marketing and design.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.
- Generate leads from every possible source while controlling overall ROI and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
